Since 1992, BFS Associates has been known as one of the elite Accounting/Finance and Human Resources placement firms serving eastern New England.  Recently, due to an increasing demand in the marketplace, we have also formalized a practice specializing in the placement of Supply Chain Professionals. We find candidates almost exclusively by referral from trusted sources, resulting in an interview-to-placement ratio unmatched in the industry.  Our competition relies heavily on Internet job sites to obtain candidates.  In stark contrast, we draw upon our vast network to identify the “passive” job seekers who other recruiters and Human Resources staff rarely encounter.
