- 9 Years of experience in the role of Human Resources Business Partner.
- Competencies to include managing conflict and creative problem solving experience.
- Ability to apply HR policies and law while maintaining a strategic vision.
- Experience with a large client base
- Ability to give advice and coaching to senior level management.
- Project management skills.
- Quick learner; familiar with PeopleSoft, excellent with excel.
